-- Creed of The Eternal Search

The Eternal Search is a 60-page adventure zine for the Death in Space RPG.

The Stellar Dream was a small luxury passenger ship a century ago. Now, it has been repurposed as a home for a peaceful commune.

There are two factions interested in The Stellar Dream. The Eternal Search is a cult dedicated to searching for their lost god. They believe there may be clues to their god’s location hidden aboard The Stellar Dream, and they want you to go in and find it. The Gray Bond runs the underworld in this sector, and their leader has a mission for you too aboard the former cruise liner.

Aboard the ship, you will learn that not everything is as it seems.

The Eternal Search is a religion dedicated to finding a lost god. According to their ancient records, this god reigned during a time of peace and harmony, but was thrown down by jealous followers who wanted its power for themselves. They imprisoned it in the heart of a dead planet and the location has been long forgotten.

The Eternal Search and their leader, Matias Fulton, is dedicated to finding this god and returning it to its rightful place of power. They have uncovered records of Stellar Dream carrying information that may give clues to the whereabouts of their god.

The Eternal Search is ideal as an ongoing faction in any campaign. They want to delve into lost locations and uncover hidden secrets and they will pay your crew handsomely to aid them. Also included is a list of adventure hooks for an ongoing relationship with the cult.

The Gray Bond runs the local underworld and tightly controls the supply of Ecsin-9. Their leader, Tanvir Zuniga, is an Ecsin addict themselves, hooked up to a constant low-level drip of the drug. This makes Tanvir an unpredictable and volatile ally. Tanvir hears of your trip into Stellar Dream and has a mission of their own for you to complete.

The Gray Bond provides an ally and employer for morally gray missions within the sector. Included is a list of adventure hooks that will challenge the crew’s ideals and loyalty to the group.
